Top-Vision has a close collaboration with DPD, TNT Express & FedEx for its deliveries. Our orders will be delivered from Monday till Friday; deliveries on Saterdays or Sundays are not possible unfortunately. You may expect your package between 9 am and 6 pm. When your package is registered for shipment, you will receive a track and trace link or number.
Moreover, Top-Vision has its own delivery service. Depending on the orders, we may have a driver near you. If our service comes to deliver the package to you, you will receive a time span of 2 to 3 hours within which you can expect the driver. NOTE: projection screens do not have standard dimensions. If no one can be present, please state clearly where the package can be left (covered area, neighbors, company, ...).
Projection screens are unfortunately not standard items. Dimensions exceed all maximum standards of our shipping partners. Huge surcharges are charged for this. We therefore give our customers the opportunity to collect their article themselves and thus save on expensive shipping costs. More information is available HERE.
