PREFER TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER? YOU CAN!
Top-Vision offers you the option of collecting your order yourself, if you prefer. This can often save you the higher shipping costs charged by courier services due to the large dimensions of our products. When placing your order, simply select 'Self Collection'. Once our order department has processed your order, we will prepare your package for collection. You will receive a notification as soon as it is ready. This usually takes approximately 2 working days. This way, you can decide when to collect your package without having to wait all day for a courier delivery. Convenient, isn't it?
Collection is only possible after you have received confirmation that your package is ready, and only on working days between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM.
Please note: our collection point in Herentals is operated by an external collection service handling collections for several companies. Therefore, no members of our own staff are present at this location.
Would you prefer to collect your order directly from our warehouse in Mol?
That is also possible! At our warehouse, you will always be assisted by our own staff. As we are frequently out visiting customers or suppliers, we kindly ask you to make an appointment before collecting your order. The advantage is that we can offer more flexibility when scheduling your collection. Collection is often possible on Saturdays and, in exceptional cases, even on Sundays.
