1. INTRODUCTION

The sales conditions specified below exclusively govern the contractual relationship between all users of the website www.ProjectieschermWinkel.com and the seller Top-Vision, established at Sint-Apollonialaan 202 unit 2 - 2400 Mol, Belgium, and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number BE1014611486.

We assume that, upon validation of your order, you accept our general terms and conditions of sale without reservation after having read them.

 

2. ORDER

We accept orders via:

3. PRICES

The sales prices indicated on the website include all taxes but exclude shipping costs. Any shipping costs are borne by the user and are calculated at the end of the order, in addition to the price of the selected products.
All our prices include VAT and are valid until the indicated date, except in the event of a change in the VAT rate.

 

4. DELIVERY & TRANSPORT

The method of transport for shipments is determined exclusively by us. Top-Vision works closely with DPD and GLS for its deliveries. The delivery time is always a maximum of 1 to 10 working days (only for lengths > 3.5 m), unless the item is no longer in stock or in cases of force majeure. Delivery is made to the address specified by you when placing your order (your own address, or that of a neighbor, friend, or workplace). Collection of your order from our warehouse is also possible, but only by prior written appointment via email.

If an item is no longer in stock, you will be informed accordingly. An out-of-stock item will be delivered as soon as it becomes available again, without additional costs, unless it concerns a combined order.
If, due to circumstances beyond our control, items or replacement items can no longer be delivered, your order will be cancelled and you will be informed accordingly.

 

5. COOLING-OFF PERIOD & RETURNS

You have a cooling-off period of 15 working days starting from the day after receipt of your order. During this period, you are entitled to assess the quality and performance of the ordered items, for example by verifying whether the delivered item corresponds to the offer. Use of the items in such a way that they become damaged, show signs of use, or can no longer be resold after return is explicitly excluded. If you wish to return your order, you must notify the return in writing within 15 days after receipt via email at info@projectieschermwinkel.com or via the return page on our website.

Once the customer has registered the return, they have an additional 14 days to effectively return the product. The delivered items must be returned undamaged, complete with all supplied accessories, and in the original packaging.
The return shipment must be arranged by the customer using their chosen shipping partner. Return costs (e.g. in case of incorrect order or wrong size) are always borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refund of the returned order (including shipping costs, but excluding return costs) will take place no later than 14 days after the return has been registered, and not before the items have been received by us undamaged, complete with all accessories, and in their original packaging.

 

6. PAYMENT

ProjectieschermWinkel.com works closely with the payment system Mollie to guarantee secure payments.
We offer various payment options:

Cash on delivery is not accepted.

 

7. WARRANTIES

All items we offer benefit from the warranty period stated with each product.
This warranty includes repair or full replacement of the defective item. Repair or replacement is at our discretion.
To make use of the warranty, you must provide us with the item as well as the original invoice, stating your complaint. Return shipments during the warranty period are at our expense. You must contact us before returning the item.

Your warranty will be void in case of damage resulting from improper use or negligent maintenance, misuse, (over)heating from heating sources, or exposure to moisture, extreme heat, cold, or dryness; if repairs or interventions have been carried out by unauthorized persons; or if the items have been used for purposes other than those for which they were supplied, such as professional or commercial use; or damage caused by external factors such as fire, lightning, natural disasters, etc. Parts that need to be repaired or replaced due to normal wear and tear are also excluded from warranty.

For repair requests outside the warranty, you can contact us in advance.
We are not liable for any damage suffered by you or a third party as a result of the use of a product supplied by us, unless the damage is caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Nor are direct or indirect costs or damages resulting from a product being out of use eligible for compensation, unless caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
