Which screen size should I choose?
This depends on your personal preference, but always check the distance to your projector. Each projector has a different projection distance. So it’s not the case that every projector will produce the same image size at, for example, 3 meters. For home use, screens between 84” and a maximum of 120” are recommended.
The most commonly sold screen size is 92”.

Which format is best for me? 4:3 or 16:9?
16:9 = ideal for films, Netflix, and sports – more suited for home cinema.
4:3 = suitable for presentations (PowerPoint) – more for schools or businesses.

Do I always need to fully unroll my manual projection screen?
No, you do not need to fully unroll a manual projection screen. Manual screens are equipped with an auto-stop system, allowing you to unroll the screen to any desired height and easily lock it in place.


Can I collect the screen myself since shipping costs are very expensive?
Due to the long dimensions, shipping partners charge very high rates. Unlike our competitors, we have chosen not to include these in our sales prices, so we can keep the shipping costs low or even ‘free’. Therefore, we keep our prices low and offer the option for you to collect your order yourself at our collection point or warehouse.
COLLECTION POINT HERENTALS: After you have placed your order, it will be transferred from our warehouse to our collection point in Herentals. This usually takes 1 to 2 days. As soon as you receive notification that your package is ready, you can pick it up here every weekday between 9:00 and 17:00. Please note: this is only a collection point. There is no showroom or anyone from our service present.
WAREHOUSE MOL: Here, collection can be scheduled more flexibly, often also on Saturdays and Sundays. However, this is only possible by appointment, on a set day and time. There isn’t always someone present in our warehouse, hence the need for an appointment.

Can VAT be reversed for me as a Dutch business customer?
Of course! As a business customer from the Netherlands, you do not have to pay VAT with us. You do need to register when checking out. After that, the VAT will be automatically reversed. Don’t forget to mention your VAT number. We need it to create a correct intra-community invoice. Rest assured; we won’t send you newsletters after registration. You can count on that.

I bought an electric screen but it doesn’t roll in completely?
It can happen that during transport, a setting change occurs, causing the screen to no longer roll in fully. On the box of your item, there is a QR code that easily and quickly takes you to the memory function procedure. This setup allows you to set the rollout length of your screen and programme it into the memory. But this also applies to the roll-in length. This way, you can ensure that the screen rolls in completely again. This procedure only takes a few seconds.

Where can I find the invoice for my purchase?
The invoice is automatically sent to you by email after purchase. If you still can’t find it, please contact our customer service at info@projectieschermwinkel.com. One of our colleagues will then send it to you by email.
